Founder’s Powerful Inkjet System Controller 

       Founder EagleJet system controller not only control and manage the whole inkjet printing system, but also monitor the status of the system in real time.

       Open structure design, powerful ultra-fast parallel RIP processors with an output speed up to 2000 A4 pages per minute.

       Through the matrix of multi-machine distributed parallel processing servers, high-speed optical fiber transmission interface, improving data transmission speed, to meet the needs of high speed digital press and high precision data.

       Support 1 bit TIFF format, with mono, two color and four color inkjet printing.

       Support Founder’s variable data bitmap format EJP, also support preview of separated and combined color.

       Versatile output control of users’ job, including submit, pause, resume, cancel and multi task continuous output.

       Control and monitor the devices of inkjet printing system in real time, such as output control, automatic speed adjusted infrared dry system, ink supply, inkjet head movement control, also control the optional post press device and online image detect system.

High Performance and Low Cost Digital Printing System

        Founder’s EagleJet P5000/P5200 digital printing system utilizes state-of-the-art drop-on-demand Piezoelectric inkjet head with speed up to 75 meter per minute or 2020 A4 pages per minutes on color mode, and 150 meters per minute or 4040 pages per minutes on black-and-white mode, resolution up to 600*600 DPI with highest of 1200*1200 DPI. With continuous mode, media size can reach 474mm full page, 220mm half page. The water based ink or dye ink can image clearing on normal paper range from 40g to 165g or special ink paper. The system can handle the demand of up to 88M A4 pages printing per month with quality of the output matches the traditional printing. At the same time, the cost per page of short run printing is much lower than laser digital printing; even the long run cost per page is getting close to traditional printing.

Open Architecture, Versatile Configuration Comes Perfect Solution

        The digital front end of Founder’s EagleJet P5000/5200 digital printing system can support network printing system and Founder’s workflow system; also it supports inkjet printing system under mono/two/four color mode versatile configuration

        Founder’s EagleJet P5000/5200 has open interface and can integrate auto multi post press devices such as the standard auto-cutter, Stacker, folder, auto bookbinding thread, making it possible to configure high efficient online fully automatic production environment. At the same time, it supports vary image detect system and can monitor the content and quality of the output.
